Kirthiga Reddy
Cofounder
Kirthiga brings over two decades of experience leading technology-driven transformations to her role at Virtualness. She is driven by the mantra, When businesses succeed, livelihoods flourish.
She served as the first Managing Director of Facebook India and South Asia, starting as employee #1, where she built one of Facebook's four global operations offices that together serve more than three billion people, and tackled issues such as impersonation and fake news. She grew their global operations and their blossoming business to over $400M annual revenue, now several billions.
She was also the first female Investment Partner at the $130B SoftBank Vision Fund, where she led investments in fast-evolving sectors like HR tech, mental wellness, quantum computing, blockchain and metaverse.
Kirthiga holds an MBA from Stanford University and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, and has been recognized as Fast Company's Most Creative People in Business and Fortune India's Most Powerful Women. She has also served as the Chair of the Stanford Business School Management Board.

Saurabh Doshi
Cofounder
Saurabh held key leadership roles over two decades of his career and is passionate about the evolution of new technology, having played a pivotal role in several transitions — web2, mobile, video, social, and creator economy. He is now building the infrastructure blocks for blockchain and AI as a co-founder of Virtualness.
Saurabh held senior roles at Meta for nearly a decade, heading Emerging Markets for Creator Products and Partnerships, as well as Managing Director Asia-Pacific, leading all entertainment experiences on Facebook and Instagram. Before Meta, Saurabh was Vice President and Business Head at Viacom Group overseeing digital initiatives for Star India and Investment Banker with Bank of America. Saurabh has worked across geographies managing large teams as well as several products which went on to be used by over a billion users.
He was the Chairperson of the Asian Academy Creative Awards, recognized as a 40 Under 40 by India's Impact Magazine, featured among the Top 100 Global Talent by the UK Government's Tech Nation List, and received the President Kalam Innovation and Governance Award. Saurabh is a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Associate member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, and holds an MBA degree from SP Jain School of Management.
