Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with expertise in product marketing, growth strategies, and lead generation. This role involves driving lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through comprehensive marketing strategies and go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing strategies focused on acquisition, retention, cross-sell/upsell, and lead generation to maximize product lifecycle value.
  • GTM Planning: Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring coordination across teams for successful execution.
  • Lead Generation: Develop targeted lead generation campaigns leveraging SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid media to create a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, ASO, paid media) to drive awareness and conversions.
  • Retention and Growth: Create retention marketing programs and loyalty campaigns aimed at increasing customer lifetime value, including cross-sell and upsell efforts.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies to improve lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and user retention.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, focusing on maximizing ROI and ensuring resource efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, and lead generation preferably in the technology industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
